Description
We all experience change and loss on a daily basis, and these losses can be even more visible in caregiving. In this interactive session you'll learn about how to use mindfulness as a tool to help you respond skillfully to your own, and other people's losses.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Explain what mindfulness is
- Reflect upon how change and loss may impact your caregiving relationships
- Describe an approach to support other people through change and loss in their lives
This is course # 2027 in IHSS Career Pathways. It is part of the General Health & Safety Pathway, which is a general pathway.
