Description
This is course # 2032 in IHSS Career Pathways. It is part of the General Health & Safety Pathway, which is a general pathway.
This class will help you gain a basic understanding of how the body works and your role in supporting the health and wellness of your consumer(s).
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Define "body systems" and describe the types of body parts that make up body systems
- Identify at least six body systems
- Describe the general functions, common diseases, and main parts of each system
Please note: Each class can only be taken once. Registrations for additional sessions of the same course are not eligible for payment of training time or incentives and may be deleted.
