The purpose of this course is to review concepts and introduce a foundational understanding of ethics and integrity, identify their significant characteristics, and learn about strategies to make better ethical decisions and act with integrity in the workplace.

At the completion of this module, you will be able to:

  • Define ethics and integrity. 
  • Describe the value and importance of ethics and integrity in the workplace and in daily life. 

  • Apply strategies to identify ethical dilemmas and apply different approaches to best resolve them.

  • Review what unethical behavior looks like and become aware of ethical danger zones.
