This course is designed to help you navigate borrowing. Whether it's from a friend, a bank or via a credit card, borrowing involves loaning money with the expectation of repayment, usually with interest.
At the completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Explain what a credit report and what a credit score is.
- Get your credit report and read it.
- Dispute errors on your credit report.
- Differentiate between secured and unsecured loans and best practices for applying for loans.
- Use best practices to ask friends and family for loans.
