• Floreta Liu

    Floreta was born in Hong Kong and raised in Sacramento, CA. A bilingual "third-culture" individual, she has a wealth of experience educating students of both cultures. Before joining Homebridge, she taught Montessori schools at the pre-K and kindergarten levels for over ten years, as well as trained both parents and teachers in the field. She believes in taking ownership  for and feeling empowered by one's education/training. As such, she is looking forward to guiding Providers towards professional and personal fulfillment. In her free time, she likes to hike, finding good eats, and attending concerts of all variety of music!

  • G. Dennis Gallegos

    Dennis Gallegos is a seasoned healthcare professional with 32 years’ experience in clinical and community-based programs for the disabled and elderly of compromised health, brain injury, cognitive disorder, and/or dementia. 

    As a training specialist he brings a wealth of human experience to the courses he teaches. Prior work experience has been as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Case Manager, Program Manager and Clinical director.

  • Gertrudys Canales

    Native Nicaraguan, Gertrudys Canales is an Instructor at Homebridge with over 10 years of experience helping providers to advance their careers. A seasoned instructor, that over the course of her career, has worked in a variety of heath care setting. 

    Gertrudys is a compassionate, human rights advocate, that lives by the philosophy that education should be available to everybody.  

    Gertrudys holds a degree as a Doctor in Medicine and General Surgeon from UNAN-LEON Nicaragua.  

    CPR and CPI Instructor. 

    She currently lives in Hayward with her family where she loves to cook and have long walks with her dogs. 

  • Gwenetta Cook-Huddleston

    Gwenetta has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She has 27 years of experience in supporting mental health programs in different capacities. Over the past twenty-seven years, she has been a Caretaker, Business Owner, Content Creator, Curriculum Developer, Teacher, Trainer, Counselor, Supervisor, Program Manager, and Regional Director. The populations Gwenetta has served have been disabled seniors and other at-risk groups. She has extensive training with disabled seniors.

    Gwenetta believes that professionals should be working in partnership with clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. She also realizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being including their physical health, support systems, work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this processShe is committed to empowering professionals in the mental health field with the tools, training, and knowledge they need to perform optimally in their professional roles.

  • Harut Fereshetyan

    Harut Fereshetyan (pronounced Ha-root) is a first generation Armenian-American that has helped his family in navigating life in the United States. Harut was born in Hollywood, California and currently resides in Fresno CA. He has been a special education teacher for the past 5 years and has been involved in the special education setting for over a decade.

    With his bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Special Education, Harut has supported individuals and families in special education ranging from pre-school to adult ages. Harut is passionate about supporting people of all abilities and believes that everyone can be successful when given the right tools and supports.

    On his free time, Harut enjoys spending time with his wife and two puppies. 

  • Hasmik Tsokolokyan

    Hasmik Tsokolokyan born and raised in Armenia. Fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian. She is a CSUN Alumni Sociologist and certified IHSS provider. Hasmik chose to study Sociology because of her desire to better understand people and the human condition. It helps her understand people's behavior, beliefs, and identity. Sociology is a subject that will always be around us, will always be relevant and she loves being able to understand it.

    Hasmik has been a caregiver for almost 8 years, which has showed her not only the positive impact on those who receive care, but on those who provide care as well. She believes it is one of the most important and personally rewarding roles a person will play in their lifetime. 

  • Henry Rivera

    Henry Rivera Is a self proclaimed nerd when it comes to health education. Over his 7 years of being an instructor for adults and high school students, there is nothing he enjoys more than helping his students grow as health care providers. Henry also has extensive experience working in a wide variety of healthcare settings including: drug rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and pediatric neurology. He holds a Bachelor's in Biology and is working on a Masters.

  • Jennifer Hernandez

    While her heart is drawn to exploring the globe, Jennifer Hernandez proudly calls LA her home. Holding a BA in Anthropology from Long Beach State University, she's always been captivated by education and fostering connections with people from all walks of life. With extensive experience in public schools, home care instruction, and teaching English in South Korea, she's honed her skills, making learning an exciting adventure. 

    Beyond the classroom, Jennifer enjoys dog spotting, cafe hopping, museum wanderings, and live music.

  • Jennifer Kaiser

    Jennifer Kaiser proudly brings nearly two decades of professional and personal experience in direct care, medical coordination, and program management for adults with disabilities. With a desire to improve people’s lives and health outcomes, she’s taken on a diverse array of rewarding roles during her career. From pediatric oncology research and grant program evaluation at UCSF to instruction in health care leadership programs and suicide prevention, she’s followed her passion. As a Bay Area native, and a recent Sacramento area transplant, she never gets tired of exploring her own backyard. Her two large cats, however, prefer monopolizing the sofa and binge-watching YouTube squirrel videos.

  • Jessica Tadesse

    Jessica has a background in occupational therapy, which led her to diverse positions in a variety of settings, including mental health, skilled nursing, and home-based care. She has always enjoyed educating others on effective, sometimes out of the box, strategies for increasing their independence and confidence in the activities they both need and want to do. When she's not spending time with her family (including 1 niece and 4 nephews), Jessica enjoys traveling, watching sunsets, and Pilates. She is thrilled to continue pursuing her passion for providing meaningful, effective education for others with Homebridge.
