- Room: Training will be held at the County of Ventura Area Agency on Aging in the 1st floor in the Advisory Council Center room. Pass the security desk on the right and pass the elevators on the left. Then make a left. Look for arrows and signs for the training.

- Arrival Times: Please inform lobby staff that you are an IHSS Career Pathways Training student upon arrival. The training will begin promptly at the designated start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to stay.
- Parking: There is ample paid parking in the area. To avoid having to move your vehicle every 3 hours, it is recommended to part in City Lot 1. Please do NOT park at the public garage directly in front of the building (Lot 5) as parking is limited to only 3 hours at this garage.
- Public Transportation: There is a metro station less than one block from the building.
- Food and Drinks: There is no re-entry to the building between the hours of 12 noon and 1 pm. Your instructor will coordinate breaks to account for this period of no-entry. But we recommend you bring lunch, snacks, and water with you to avoid the need to leave for food during class breaks.
